It's official: we're fun.

It's always nice to hear that your coworkers enjoy working with you. A pat on the back or an 'attaboy for a job well done always goes a long way.  But if an 'attaboy makes us proud, having the colleagues' love published in a magazine makes our hearts swell.

We're proud to announce that Siteimprove has been named one of the "Best 100 Companies to Work For" by Minnesota Business Magazine! The decision was based on an employee satisfaction survey, which MN Business Mag explains in their announcement blog post:

"Beginning on February 15, 2012, independent research group, Gilmore Research, gathered information from employee satisfaction surveys over phone and mail. More than 5,700 individuals responded on behalf of hundreds of companies, and the winners were determined by employee scores."

If you're looking for us in the list, we're under the "Small Companies" category :)

We're especially proud of this award because it means the hard work we put into making the office fun and productive has been paying off.

At Siteimprove, we're people first. We're holistically invested in each other because life outside of work is important, too.

We value pride, passion and thoroughness, and strive to incorporate those core values into everything that we do. We're also an environmentally conscious corporation and a good neighbor to our communities, because sooner or later what goes around comes around.
